Free servicing

Every bike over £250 comes with our free lifetime service package. This entitles you to a free setup, check up and adjustment service in our fully equipped workshop up to four times per year, every year for life for free!

Setup / checkup service - £25 (Free with Lifetime Service Package)

• Check and set the gears including mech hanger alignment
• Check and set the brakes
• Check and set correct headset tension
• Check and set correct hub bearing tension
• Check condition and lube cables as required
• Check condition of brake pads / blocks
• Check wear to transmission components
• Lubricate chain and derailleurs
• Check trueness of wheels and adjust slightly if necessary
• Check all fastenings are present and torqued correctly
• Check condition of tyres
• Inflate tyres to correct pressure
• Test ride the bike

This service is free if you are on our lifetime service package - however you must remember your service card.
Without the card the service is chargeable at £25.

Every bike under £250 comes with three free services in the first year of ownership.
These services are the same as you would get on our lifetime free servicing package as outlined above.

Qualified mechanics

All our mechanics are Cytech qualified. This means that your bike is in safe hands and everything the mechanic does is backed up with specialist training and expert knowledge.
